It includes; Risk and COSHH Assessments (note COSHH are not brand specific), a company health and safety policy, 20+ H&S management documents AND the following templates; A Pre-construction Information Document, Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan, Health & Safety File, Method Statement and Permits to work ready for you to complete with site specific information.

It's easy to get hold of your Health & Safety Pack. Please fill in the Health & Safety Order form and email the completed form to services@hbxl.co.uk so we can confirm your exact delivery date. We take payment by Credit, Debit card or by BACS transfer.
We can also provide you with Plans, an Estimate or Building Contract for your project too.
Our health and safety service helps you meet your business's obligations under health and safety requirements in the residential building sector. We deliver the service with care and skill but do be aware you are responsible for adapting documents procedures and recommendations to meet the specific requirements of your own health and safety needs for your specific project(s) in your business. The documents supplied cannot be a fully comprehensive checklist as we have not conducted a site visit. Other documents / topics may be required to ensure they are suitable for your project/site.
And remember! A risk assessment (or other health & safety documentation) is only effective if you and your staff act on it. You must follow through with any actions required and review it on a regular basis.
