We offer 2 services levels. Essential or Premium.

The Essential Service uses our default specifications which meet the 2013 versions of the Approved Documents for Conservation of Fuel and Power (Part L). The Premium Service Uses specification details from your plans and tender pack.

To make sure your estimate is bang on, we offer a service called Price Tracker, which links every estimate we do to the absolute latest building materials prices or alternatively if you trade with TradePoint we can use their material prices. The reason we do this is because inflation on building materials is very high and can have a massive impact on your project. We can also incorporate any prices you’ve had from suppliers already into your estimate if you’d like…such as timber frame, or kitchen or tiles you’d like. With our bespoke service we can incorporate your labour rates, your typical mark-up, and we'll also add client details so that your quote is ready to go as soon as you receive it!

Tell us your anticipated project start date and we'll even provide you with a suggested build programme, and we include a schedule of estimate assumptions we've made so you're absolutely clear on what's been included in your estimate.

If you are an EstimatorXpress user we'll even supply you with the EstimatorXpress file together with your quote so you can import it into your software so you can make any revisions as needed once your project is underway and manage the project end to end with its handy management reports.

We accept PDF/BMP/JPEGS drawings. Once we’ve confirmed you’re happy with the price and delivery date, we take payment - by Credit, Debit card or by BACS transfer.

We can draft the Building Plans for your project (to scheme, planning application or building control standard), produce your Building Contracts and Health & Safety paperwork too.

Prices are based on the external area of your proposed development. The area is calculated by adding together the external areas of each floor.

For NEW BUILDS the area includes each floor of the main house and integral garages. Loft areas should also be included by measuring to the outside of loft walls. Out-buildings and detached garages will be priced separately – see their associated fee bands.

For EXTENSIONS the price includes associated works, i.e. immediately adjacent structural openings.

Prices for REFURBISHMENT and other alterations will be given on application.
